Yara appoints new Chief HR Officer

Kaija Korolainen is appointed new Yara Chief HR Officer, effective 1 June 2014.

Ms. Korolainen, a Finnish national with a Master's Degree in Law and Economics, brings extensive experience from operational and strategic HR, most recently as Director HR EAME for agricultural equipment producer AGCO, based in Switzerland.

"It is a great pleasure to welcome Kaija Korolainen as our new Chief HR Officer. I also take the opportunity to thank Håkan Hallén for his excellent contribution over the years, and wish him well for his retirement," says Jørgen Ole Haslestad, CEO and President of Yara International ASA.

Kaija Korolainen will be a member of Yara's Executive Management Team and report to Jørgen Ole Haslestad.
