The education and production divisions of the Russian Agricultural University are renewed with modern technology of domestic production. The purchase of equipment has been made possible thanks to a grant from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture under the state program "Agricultural Development". Financial support is intended to improve the scientific and educational process for the preparation of modern specialists for the agro-industrial complex. The Fruit Growing Laboratory, the Field Experiment Station, the Vegetable Experiment Station named after V.I. Edelstein and the Machine-Tractor Station received the latest equipment with high technological characteristics and intended for a full range of agricultural jobs. “The purchase of a chisel plow is especially important for us, because it allows us to prepare for the placement of perennial plantations. With the help of two mini-tractors, it is possible to process narrow spaces between rows using modern intensive technologies. The Russian-made vertical mill cultivator comprehensively prepares the soil for sowing and planting almost any fruit and berry, ornamental and vegetable crops. The sprayers are designed for the effective treatment of our plantations with biologically active preparations, foliage feeding. The crushers mechanize the process of cleaning abandoned areas, which in the future will allow to carry out the reconstruction of plantations more quickly, ”said Yuri Valerievich Voskoboinikov, head of the Laboratory of Fruit Growing at the RSAU-Moscow Agricultural Academy. The latest technology will be used to implement the task set by the rector of the university, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, to the team of the Fruit Cultivation Laboratory: to return 12 hectares of land to agriculture. The fleet of harvesting equipment at the Field Experiment Station has been resupplied with a new AVR Spirit 6200 potato harvester. It is equipped with a sieving, brushing and feed conveyors, which ensure uniform potato flow and cleanliness. high-quality impurities. The new equipment will shorten the potato harvest period, reduce crop losses from incomplete harvesting and tuber injury, use container storage technology, reducing labor costs during loading and processing, and increase the safety of products. The "Mitrax T150" garden tractors will keep the vast territory of the university in good condition. They have a wide range of applications both as a lawn mower and a universal compact mini tractor for a wide variety of jobs. "Mitrax T150" will participate in the work of the education and production departments of the university.
