The Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security will support public institutions, organizations and associations working to absorb young people for education and agricultural work in national priority areas, with an investment of 7 million shekels (approximately 1.74 million euros). These supports will encourage the entry of young people to work in the agricultural sector for short and long periods. The Ministry anticipates that the measure will increase the number of organizations and associations that will work to promote the issue and provide additional auxiliary power to assist farmers, especially in light of the war.

Support for agricultural learning will make the agricultural sector attractive to young people and infuse "new blood" into the sector. The program is suitable for young people and veterans between the ages of 20 and 25 who wish to engage in theoretical and practical agriculture, to contribute to the strengthening of rural settlement and the creation of a settlement reserve.
