Trump's tariffs, "a ruin for French wine"

The OeMV has prepared a report that indicates the collapse of purchases of 37% of French bottled wine in the US, in favor of bulk wine, whose purchases have skyrocketed.

According to the report prepared by the Spanish Wine Market Observatory, in collaboration with the Interprofessional Wine Organization of Spain, the United States spent 278 million dollars less on French wine (-25%) in the first half of 2020 and ceases to lead the market in favor of the Italian, excluded from the rise in tariffs but which grew less than expected. With respect to the other countries affected by the tariffs, Germany fell in a similar way to France, both at much lower prices; Spain, at stable prices, holds something better.
