Macfrut Digital will have an exclusive program for buyers worldwide

Through a platform it will be possible to organize and lead business meetings with exhibitors.

A unique event, it is not a market, an effective, simple and convenient formula with an area dedicated to exhibitors and another part dedicated to conferences. We are talking about Macfrut Digital, the 2020 edition of Macfrut, the international fair dedicated to the fruit and vegetable sector, organized by Cesena Fiera, which has decided to adopt a completely new way of conducting a fair by holding it entirely online.

In this way, from September 8 to 10 it will be possible to visit the stands of the companies in the sector that these days are enthusiastically joining this new project. This will be possible from a computer, tablet or mobile and from anywhere in the world. However, it is not a simple visit: B2B meetings and buyers will play a key role by having a personalized agenda during the three days of the event to join the “B2B Program”. To obtain these benefits, buyers (only they) will have to register before July 25 to receive the VIP ticket, using a specific online form. Thanks to this exclusive entry they will be able to start building their appointment schedule in advance. In fact, the exhibiting companies will be able to consult the profile of the buyers and vice versa. Information related to companies that will have a virtual stand on the platform will be available. In August, the B2B program of each buyer will be defined, which will have to be confirmed by the same operator before the end of the month. The commercial meetings will be held during the three days of the fair (September 8, 9 and 10) through a video conference system of the Natlive platform, which is the basis of all this virtual exhibition.
"The influence of a digital fair like this is much broader, because it eliminates distances and reduces time," says Renzo Piraccini, president of Macfrut. "We are very happy because this project is having great success among international operators. Thanks to the collaboration with ICE-Agenzia (Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies) regarding foreign trade, we are carrying out a complete activity to invite buyers from all over the world to participate, with a particular focus on those who, due to distance, had trouble going to the city of Rimini to participate in the traditional fair "concludes Piraccini .

How will Macfrut Digital be carried out?

Macfrut Digital has two areas: Exhibition and Forum. In addition to buyers, who are entitled to an exclusive program, other operators in the sector can also register for free using the fair's website. Each visitor, from anywhere in the world, can connect during the three days of the virtual fair and participate using their own device (computer, tablet or mobile). After entering, the visitor will find an interactive map divided by sectors, according to the type of product, and they will be able to explore all the virtual stands, discover the offer of the exhibitors, request information and conduct live B2B meetings via video call.
